Nesta altura do ano tenho sempre uma relação amor-ódio com o meu calendário. As decorações e anúncios das lojas já só falam no Natal, a noite nas ruas torna-se luminosa e colorida e juro que até o ar parece começar a cheirar a canela e a doces.
Pois é, tudo isso é muito bonito e deixaria qualquer um com um alegre espírito natalício. E eu seria um desses 'qualquer um', não fosse tudo isso lembrar-me que, para além de estar na altura de começar a pensar nas prendas de Natal, também está na altura de começar a pensar nos exames!

By this time of the year I always get a love-hate relationship with my diary. The decoration and adverts in stores are only related to Christmas, the nights in the street become full of lights and colours, and I swear that even the air smells like cinnamon and candy.
That is all very lovely and would let anyone with a cheerful Christmas spirit, no doubt! And I would be one of those "anyone", if it wasn't the fact that all of this reminds me that, besides being now the time to start thinking about Christmas presents, it is also time to start thinking about exams!
